Paddleboarding, Canoeing, Paddleboating and building some sweet sand castles...

We had fun in the sun!

Adrian always wants to go to a beach so I was so excited when I saw my friends paddleboarding pictures from this lake that's about 25 minutes from us. We've been waiting for a day that John was home so we could take the older boys and explore this place.

It ended up being easier than I thought it would be. The boys took turns riding on the board with me.
There was a couple people with their dogs on with them, it was cute.

Such a ham :) I'm still waiting for his hair to get darker. Not sure if that's going to happen!? Or when?
Our blue eyed, blonde boy.

John took the boys canoeing. That lasted about 30 minutes, then they switched to a paddleboat.

We had amazing views. It was unbelievably relaxing and peaceful out there. We can't wait to go again (next year)!

We had a wonky paddleboat. It would barley turn and took so much energy to move the darn thing! We were whooped! I think we should all just stick with paddleboards next time.

Then we walked to the other end of the lake and chilled on the beach for a few hours.

We built an amazing castle and played in the muddy waters. Now we know we have a beach to go to next year when we need that "beach fix" :)

Adrian's Baseball League

Adrian played in a summer baseball league this year. He really enjoyed it! We're still testing out different sports and activities to see what the boys are really in to. So far baseball is Adrian's fave.

Resting at practice.

Running hard for home plate.

Looking to make sure he made it.

And he scored a run. Happy dance time! Go Pirates!
