Stress... Yoga... Einstein

Here we are... 8 weeks strong so far. I am very happy to report that I'm still loving yoga. I know that everyone that breathes can relate-- things can get stressful, life happens.. sometimes at a pace that we can't always keep up with. Sometimes mentally, emotionally and physically, we find ourselves hanging on by a thread. And I'm not saying always, just sometimes, it's the nature of this crazy world we live in. And it's these times that really call for a personal outlet. A couple months ago I noticed I wasn't really taking the time to do something just for myself. Yoga has full filled that empty outlet. It's all of these things wrapped up into 80 minutes a week... Relaxing, Challenging, Fab Workout, and most importantly it's very Therapeutic!

Yoga class often makes me think about things I wouldn't normally make the time to reflect on. I'd have to thank the yoga instructor for that one. She spurts off lots of quotes and random musings during class. It's lovely and thought provoking!

Anyways, I think that it is wonderful that you are doing this. Having some time to really think and do something for yourself helpse immensely!

Good for you! Do you go downtown to Tracy's? I have a few girlfriends that go on Thursday nights, they would always go out afterwards... they asked, but I've never gone :( I'm afraid I'd be in some pose, slip, and smack face down into the floor.

I think Monday nights downtown is bedtime yoga? That seems more my speed :)

Yep... Downtown, Rhiannon's class. I started with the moms group one night... They do it once a month. And I've just been consistent with it weekly. You should try it some night Jen P. puts the moms ones together. And I bet you wouldn't fall. Bedtime yoga sound super relaxing :)

Haha where ever did you find that baby photo! Too cute!!

I am thinking about taking a weekly Bikram yoga class while my fiance is out hitting up the golf course. I need to de-stress and I think a good 90 minute class is just the trick!
