Body Rock Fitness and Lil P

I wanted pass along this cool fitness site. Not that too many people can keep up with this chick, but there's some good material on the site. I'm sure guys like to watch just for the workout techniques :) This chick is a rock- great inspiration! Her workouts are pretty intense, but it's stuff you can do at home (i know that's way easier said than done) and you can tweak the routines to your level of fitness. 
Every time I get back on the fitness bandwagon, we end up having another baby- so my new programs are always cut short. I'm jumping on the wagon one more time-- maybe we'll have a little girl? or twin boys?? :)

Valentine cupcakes.. sounds yum! well, after I did one of her workouts yesterday I ate Spinach dip and a baby ruth if that makes you feel better :)

I was going strong on Bodyrock until I got pregnant, then after the morning sickness left I tried again and pushed too hard I guess (doing jump lunges?) and had some heavy bleeding and was put on bedrest for a few weeks. Anyway doing better now, but I'd love a place where I can chat with other moms about exercising (or not exercising as is my case right now) - I made a yahoo group for bodyrocking Moms if you want to join. :)
